Kim is responsible for overseeing administrative issues for the firm’s clients. She is passionate about good customer service and communication with clients. Her belief is no issue is a small issue if it is of concern to the client.

Kim’s background is in accounting with companies such as General Electric, GTE and Sprint. While at Sprint, she assumed various management positions such as Payroll Supervisor, Senior Accounting Analyst as well as being responsible for various financial aspects of the Sales and Marketing organization.

She became part of the Prosperity team in 2000.
